Orders ship from our boutique in Birmingham, Alabama via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Occasionally, orders may ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the ship date for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with original tags attached and receipt included.
Returns after 14 days may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the ship date.
Sale merchandise (30% off or more), gift certificates, and shipping charges are final sale.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store at B. Prince for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If returning by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
